Cancellation Policy
Read the Cancellation Policy:
- Due to limited course places, we request that any cancellations or changes to bookings are made at your earliest opportunity.
- Cancellations must be made in writing, and emailed to info@aliners.co.uk.
- Cancellations made 2 months prior to the event will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 1 month prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 1 month of the event will not be entitled to a refund.
- Aliners cancel events only when absolutely necessary, but reserves the right to do so, as well as reschedule events. If an event is cancelled, you may transfer to another event or request a full refund.
- Please note, Aliners will not be held liable for any accommodation, travel costs, or any other loss incurred should an event be cancelled or rescheduled.
